What happens after I place my order?
Thank you for your order! Welcome to the Filter Ryte family!
Once your order is placed, our team carefully packs your items and ships them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Your order should reach you within 7-15 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
📌 Important: We use signature-required shipping for security. If you choose ‘Authority to Leave,’ Filter Ryte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
🚚 Pre-Orders: If a product has a pre-order date (shown next to the product name), this is the estimated shipping date. If no date is listed, your order is ready to go!

How Do I Track My Order?
Great news—your order is on its way! Keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number!
Haven’t seen your shipping confirmation yet? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder—sometimes emails end up there by mistake.
My Order Is Lost/Hasn't Arrived Yet?
Worried your order might be lost in transit? While standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, occasional delays can happen.
If your tracking number shows a "delayed" status, don’t worry—it may still be on its way. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, reach out to us, and we’ll initiate an investigation to locate your package.
Can I Update My Shipping Address?
Need to update your shipping address? No problem! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just send us the correct details, and we’ll update it for you.
Important: We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered and the package is delivered there, we won’t be able to retrieve it—so please double-check your details before completing your order!

How Often Should I Replace My Filter?
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your Purafiltration Cartridges every 3 months, depending on usage and environmental conditions. Our filters are designed for quick and easy replacement, ensuring continuous protection for your home.
Are These Products Safe With Pets & Kids?
Yes! Our products are designed to remove harmful contaminants, creating a safer environment for your entire household—including children and pets.
Do I Need Tools & A Professional To Install These?
Not at all! Our products are designed for quick, hassle-free installation—no tools required. Just follow the simple instructions, and you'll have it set up in minutes.
Returns & Exchanges
What's Your Return Policy?
We know legal details aren’t the most exciting, but it’s important to understand our return policy! Filter Ryte offers a 30-day risk-free trial, allowing you to return eligible products within that period.
To qualify for a return:
✔ The return must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" (unless faulty) cannot be returned.
✔ Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
We'll also ask for a photo of the item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
How Long Do I have To Return Products?
We get it—life happens! If you need to return an item, we’re happy to help. Filter Ryte offers a 30-day return period, giving you plenty of time to decide. For full details, please check our returns policy.
Can I Return My Order For A Refund?
We understand that sometimes our products may not be the right fit for everyone. You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days, as long as it meets the return conditions.
*Please note: Certain items may not be eligible for return, and exclusions will be listed on product pages or at checkout. Returns must be in new condition, with tags and original packaging.
Do I Need To Pay To Return?
We’ve got you covered! For all eligible returns (both refunds and exchanges) within Australia, we’ll arrange a free return shipping label, so you won’t have to pay for postage. Simply get in touch with our friendly team, and they’ll guide you through the process.

What's The Timeframe For My Return/Exchange To Be Processed?
We're working hard to process returns quickly! To speed up your exchange or refund, we encourage you to send us a photo of your post office receipt as proof that your return has been lodged. Once we receive this, we can process your request immediately. If you forget to get the receipt, we'll need to wait until the item arrives back at our warehouse before proceeding.
What's The Timeframe For My Refund To Be Processed?
We're sorry to see you go! If you're receiving a refund, you'll get an email confirmation once it's processed on our end. The refund should appear in your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank. If it takes longer, we recommend reaching out to your bank or payment service (e.g., Afterpay) directly for assistance.
